ciao a tutti

io ho un notebook hp pavillion dv6500 (dv6695el)

nel pomeriggio ho creato un account utente e cambiato il nome del computer

dopo il riavvio del pc,il fingerprint sensor(lettore impronte digitali)
non ha funzionato più

cosa devo fare ?
