ok al riavvio o trovato il bios a 166 di bus e aggressive o lasciato tutto cosi
cpu performance aggressive e le ram idem aggressive non conoscendolo bene non o toccato nulla per ora.......
come sempre grazie dell'aiuto e delle risposte :D questa è la lettura presa con cpu o tolto il superfluo ciao :o
