MSINIT.exe BYMER WORM

Salve! Il mio firewall,Sygate, ha rilevato un worm che si chiama MSINIT.exe io ho cliccato blocca ma come faccio ha rimuoverlo? Nel task manager risulta il processo con lo stesso nome ma non riesce a terminarlo!! Ho provato con molte scansioni tra tool e antivirus in modalità provv. ma non lo trovano!!! Come fare??? HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! Please!
