sono un novello che richiede aiuto


ciao.anzitutto io sto cercando un sistema di raffreddamento,veramente potente,ma sopratutto veramente silenzioso.non si deve proprio sentire che il pc è acceso.se potete aiutarmi,ve ne sarei molto grato.Questa è la mia configurazione:
-Mb Abit IC7-G fsb 800
-Cpu: P4 3.01Gb fsb 800
-Sv: Hercules 3D Prophet 9600/9600Pro Series
-Alim: Max 400 watt
-Ram: 1,25 Gb (2x 256,+ 1x 512).Posso fare qualcosa,perchè molte volte va come un 486 di velocità.grazie mille.ciao
